Alrighty I know there is no way of knowing, but I am 38 + 4, FTM, had an appt today and my doctor said I was 90% effaced, 2-3cm dilated and baby is very low. He said he really thinks that the baby will be here in the next few days! He had me schedule a follow up appt for next week but felt confident I wouldn’t need it.Several weeks.
