Service was typically laid back at both resorts with some excellent staff and a few less so. The gardens at Cocos are less manicured but equally beautiful as those at Cocobay and the views from both are beautiful. Cocobay is significantly larger than Cocos but never felt overcrowded or overly noisy. No security issues at either resort.
