Jake brake not working on high

Toggle the switch between high and low. There is a distinct difference in the exhaust sound between high and low. From past experiance i know that if the gas pedal is not showing 0 input the jake brake will not operate. Found a worn bracket one time on an older rv we used to own.

Jake brake not working on high. Just had ECM replaced and now Engine Brake (Jake) does not work. New ECM was programed to show unit has engine brake. Has anyone encountered this situation and most importantly what is the fix. Cummins in Irvine could not get it to work.....suggested going to repair facility that is familiar with Monaco chassis and wiring.

Troubleshoot each of those codes individually. Most commonly find a problem with the clutch or brake switch.
