I’ve been getting my Kahuku shrimp fix at this original Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck since 1998, when I lived in Oahu for a short period, and every visit to the island thereafter! On this trip back to the island, I also tried one of their competitors, that many locals also rave about often, but they didn’t beat nor even compare to Giovanni’s!
