The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl. Next remove these 8 bolts that hold the clutch cover in place. Set the cover to the side. I left the hose attached, and just let the cover rest on the front wheel.Once the cltuch nut is off, remove the front cover and sheave together. remove the spacer. reinstall the front sheave and the nut.
