We dine at Red Lobster often and it's sad to say that our 1st experience at the Boynton location was horrible for us and we will not be returning until they get it together. The saddest part is that it wasn't even that crowded. I really wish we would have spoke with a manager. I would have at least felt better if I expressed our disappointment.
