You could make just about any weight easily and quickly with just 5, 15, and 45 pound plates. 3 5lb plates= a 15lb plate, and 3 15lb plates= the sacred 45 pound plate. Perfectly spaced progression. I dont know about you guys, but I have an almost irrational contempt for 25 and 35 pound plates.
