It’s the Play:1 and Play:3 that are not resetting. The process I’m following is: Unplug the speaker for at least 10 seconds, press and hold the Play/Pause button and the “+” at the same time while plugging speaker back into power. Speaker flashes white, then flashes orange then is supposed to flash green.
