Steering wheel wobbles when braking

My case: had some vibration when braking, after checking it was front warped disks. Put new ones no more wobbles. Also replaced front wheel bearings since the old ones were original with ~170000km. Then 6 months ago it was time to rotate tires front to back and vice-versa. After tire rotation I noticed small vibration when reaching 80/90 km/h.
