Hello, I have an Xfinity approved modem (Motorola MB8611) and the downstream light continuously blinks. The interesting thing is that none of my home internet is impacted and have not been seeing loss of connectivity. The workaround is to power cycle the modem, which clears up the DS light blinking but then it comes back after about 24 hours.
